Fairweather Admission Criteria Admission criteria for homeless and mentally ill
The Admission Criteria for the Fairweather Program:
- At least 18 years of age
- Axis I Mental Health Diagnosis from a Psychiatrist
- Free of Drugs and Alcohol for at least 30 days
- Stable and compliant with medication for at least 30 days
- Must be willing to either work 15-20 hours a week, attend school, or volunteer within 30 days of entrance into the program
- Must be able to pay $466 in rent per month for housing, monthly utilities including: electricity, cable, phone, water, weekly grocery shopping: including food and toiletries.
- Must be willing to live with others

- Ability to provide proof of homeless status
- Stable and compliant with medication for at least 30 days
- At least 18 years of age
- Have a child(ren) ages infant to 12 years old
- Free of Drugs and Alcohol for at least 30 days
- Must be willing to either work 15-20 hours per week or attend school within 30 days of entrance into the program
- Must pay 30% of monthly income for rent
