After School Refund Policysafe & nurturing after school care with purposeful curriculum & activities

Please notify the Family Endeavors Enrollment Assistant (210) 431-6466, Ext. 130 when you are withdrawing your child from the After School Program. This will assist us in making the necessary adjustments and give us an opportunity to receive feedback concerning the care your child has received.

Family Endeavors may refund a portion of your tuition, provided your child has not attended the program beyond the 15th of the month. Refunds issued for August tuition after July 31st, will be determined by the Customer Service Specialist (210) 431-6466, Ext. 121.

A Parent Drop Form may be downloaded here or obtained at the San Antonio Family Endeavors office. The form may then be dropped off, mailed or faxed to San Antonio Family Endeavors. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, but may take up to 15 working days.

The Accounting Department will determine refunds. No refunds will be issued for the current school year after May 31st.

Refundable amounts: (September – July)

     75% - if child does not attend paid month.
     50% - if child does not attend beyond the 15th of the month.
      0% - if child attends beyond the 15th of the month.
