Fairweather Professional Services Enhancing the lives of adults with mental health disabilities

The Fairweather Professional Services, Inc. (FPS) Fairweather Professional Services employs adults with disabilities.  This includes providing supportive employment, on-the-job training, and vocational skills.  FPS also establishes a stable, caring, and understanding working environment that fosters good mental health, increases income, and fosters success for our employees.

Several of our Fairweather Lodge and Fairweather Family Lodge clients work in this program, giving them opportunities to build work history and earn an income.  FPS employees work in the community on contracts with city, state, and county facilities where they provide custodial and landscaping services.
